New Rules for Photo Shoots in Cappadocia
New rules have been made for photo shoots in Cappadocia. All photographers need a special permit and must pay a fee to take pictures in the region. This fee is included in the price of all photo shoot packages offered on this website.
These rules are in place to protect the unique environment of Cappadocia and to ensure that photo shoots are conducted in a responsible manner. Photographers who do not have a valid permit are not allowed to take pictures in the region.
To make sure that your photo shoot is legal and safe, only hire photographers who have the necessary permits to shoot in Cappadocia.

Every photo experience can be tailored to you. If you’d like to enhance your session or create something truly unique, the following options can be added to any package.
How long does a photo session last? What time of the day is the best for photography?
The session length varies from 1 hour (e.g. a mini shoot at dawn) to 5 hours (a shoot at dawn with hot air ballons may take at least 2 hours).
Ballons take off 20 minutes before sunrise which differs according to season.
What places would you recommend for our session?
I’ll put up the perfect itinerary if you just share your wishes and ideas with me. What’s your dream image from Cappadocia? Where do you imagine yourself?
What if the weather is bad and balloon flights are cancelled?
We still can do the shoot unless it’s pouring rains and winds are strong. We also may postpone the date if possible.
How many pictures will we get from you? Do you enhance them?
Quantity and variety of images depends on so to say “the story” we intend to tell…and on you;) too: how actively involved you are, or how many outfits you are going to change. After one hour shoot I guarantee at least 50 pictures. I edit, retouch, do artful enhancements and style your picture spread with the Lightroom and/or Photoshop so that the outcome gets its artistic aesthetic.
Terms differ for editorial or fashion shoots.
How will you send us the photos?
Ready outcome will be uploaded to a sharing gallery and the link will be emailed to you. And no;) the quality of images will not be affected.
What’s the latest we can book a shoot with you?
The earlier you get in touch with me the better are your chances to catch the desired date.
How can we book a photo session with you? Do you require a prepayment for a booking?

Can I change my outfits whilst a shoot?
There is no reason why you shouldn’t have a variation or two to switch it up — granted that it’s within our time limit (mostly depends on light) and wether there’s some sort of changing facility in a location. Also, remember that many clothes mean a heavy load that we will have to carry around.
Anything else I might have forgotten to ask you about?

• I don’t stick to time limit whilst my shoots. Delivering your desired outcome is more important for me;
• be ready to enjoy your photo experience with me;
• although I’m not a tour guide, some useful tips and information may be eagerly provided.
